i don't believe so. ive never tried this, but considering your wallet money is directly tied to your credit card information which is tied to your email, user name and password, then i think the answer is no. Sony has very high security when it comes to your info, so i doubt this is an option. you can, however, give your buddy your credit card information and he can use it on his account, but this would be very unwise. DTA (don't trust anybody) especially with your credit.
