I have a MSI mainboard mobo (P6NGM Series) and until a few hours ago it worked very well. You see I reformatted my harddrive and I guess I somehow lost the driver for my networking card but I don't know where to go to retrieve one. When I plug ethernet cables into my mobo the light comes on but I'm not connected to any networks. This is a major headache so any help would be greatly appreciated! How can i fix my networking card?

When you purchased the board it should have came with a CD that had the drivers and manual on it. If not check MSI's website on another computer, download to a USB key and install on your comp.
